Our service desk provides our clients with a single point of contact and 24/7 access to a dedicated technical team for support with a quick turnaround time.

Our NOC is like a 24/7 command centre that has a single pane of glass into our monitoring systems where we supervise, monitor, and maintain our entire infrastructure.

This can include the monitoring of end user devices, servers, applications and printers. NOC is a focal point for troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and co-ordination of the infrastructure.

By evaluating the performance of our infrastructure and identifying improvement areas, Reflex Solutions can reduce unplanned downtime, improve agility, simplify management and provide higher network capacity at a lower cost. We are as proactive as possible and aim to resolve potential problems before they become incidents and result in outages.

Our NOC plays a ‘catch and dispatch’ type function and by dealing with all incidents, outages and service-related matters, we assist in ensuring 24/7 uptime for our clients. Reflex Solutions will typically troubleshoot and communicate with site technicians until a problem is resolved.
